Job Summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Drug Development Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Early Development Project Management organization, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and driving the execution of drug development programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute drug development strategies
  • Partner with Early Development Program Leads to shape and implement project plans
  • Manage timelines, cost, quality, and risk assessment and mitigation
  • Provide independent voice to shape overall project strategy and drive optimal decisions
  • Champion project management role and support R&ED PM and RDSP vision
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Physical sciences or other relevant discipline
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry, preferably in early development space
  • Leadership skills, including situational leadership and ability to lead matrix teams
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
