The Venue Operations Leader collaborates with the Director of Operations to ensure the venue delivers exceptional service and hospitality to our Guests.

This role involves working closely with, training, and mentoring Topgolf's leadership team to guarantee that their teams create memorable experiences for our Guests.

The Venue Operations Leader is tasked with assisting department heads in building cohesive teams through effective recruitment, scheduling, Associate development, and fostering team engagement.

Responsibilities include overseeing all business functions within the venue—executing seamless operational processes, maintaining standards, optimizing financial performance, nurturing community relationships, and enhancing the Topgolf brand.


Annual Compensation Package:
$72,000-$87,000 base salary plus quarterly bonuses, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and 401K.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Department Managers and their teams to ensure outstanding service.
- Coach and develop direct reports and team members.
- Uphold operational standards while prioritizing Guest and team safety and satisfaction.
- Hold leaders accountable for effective venue management.
- Ensure departments adhere to budgets and spending guidelines.
- Forecast and manage sales and expenses.
- Delegate tasks and follow up on their completion.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- High energy and enthusiasm.
- Self-awareness, adaptability, and integrity.
- Capability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods.
- Availability for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for long durations, including navigating stairs.
- Must obtain necessary licenses and certifications for the location.
