Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a core manufacturing operation and team, with a focus on continuous improvement and sustainability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering, with experience in manufacturing engineering, process design, and process optimization. Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma Manufacturing principles and tools is also highly desirable.

  • B.S. in Industrial Engineering with Manufacturing concentration or similar.
  • Proficiency in manufacturing engineering, process design, measurement, and process optimization.
  • Prior experience as an operations manager or production manager is a plus, but not required.
  • Solid understanding of high-volume discrete manufacturing systems and advanced technologies.
  • Understanding of wood products manufacturing is desirable, but not required.
  • Certification or demonstrated proficiency in Lean Six Sigma Manufacturing principles and tools.
  • Command of Microsoft Office applications.
  • CAD and statistical process control software experience is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team leadership skills.
  • The ideal candidate will be assertive, results-oriented, and a good problem solver.
  • Professional Level Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
