Job Summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Staff Accountant to join our team on a contract basis. As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for performing various accounting tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, handling invoices, and assisting with month-end close and financial statements.

Responsibilities
  • Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
  • Handle and process 100 invoices weekly
  • Assist with month-end close and financial statement preparation
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by management
Requirements
  • Degree preferred
  • Experience with ERP systems, specifically Acumatica
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookups
  • 2-3 years of accounting experience
  • Sharp and friendly individual with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
