ENROLLMENT SPECIALIST

Are you passionate about connecting with individuals and guiding them towards educational opportunities? The College of Health Care Professions is looking for an Enrollment Specialist to play a vital role in our admissions team.

This dynamic position involves working closely with prospective students to provide essential support and information regarding the admissions process, career alignment, and enrollment procedures.

You will be responsible for embodying the vision, mission, and core values of CHCP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in proactive communication with potential students through both inbound and outbound calls, promoting CHCP's educational offerings and their potential impact on future careers.
  • Conduct interviews, campus tours, and assist with entrance assessments while ensuring candidates align with their career aspirations.
  • Thoroughly explain our healthcare programs, anticipated outcomes, and available student services to students and their support networks.
  • Utilize effective tools and resources to understand prospects' goals while adhering to national and state regulations.
  • Participate in comprehensive training sessions and ongoing professional development throughout your career at CHCP.
  • Maintain awareness of enrollment cycles, program details, and policies to facilitate the admission of qualified candidates.
  • Engage in recruitment and enrollment initiatives such as open houses, presentations, and career events.
  • Encourage new students to refer others who may benefit from career education.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Admissions to project new student enrollments and support educational objectives.
  • Maintain communication with new students, providing follow-up support to ensure their success.
  • Achieve registration as an Admission Representative through the Texas Workforce Commission.
  • Contribute positively to the team environment at CHCP, recognized as a Top Workplace for multiple years.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Required Skills:

Qualifications:

  • 0-1 year of experience in admissions or relevant sales roles.

  • Bilingual candidates are preferred.
