CDL DRIVER | KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this position, you will experience a blend of driving and hands-on tasks, providing a dynamic workday. If you thrive in high-pressure situations and enjoy resolving urgent issues, this role is tailored for you.

Driving Duties:

  • Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle to reach job sites.
  • Transport commercial equipment to various locations, whether for scheduled jobs or urgent responses.

General Labor Responsibilities:

  • Engage in various physical tasks including pressure washing, operating vacuum trucks, steam cleaning, and performing basic maintenance.
  • Drive company vehicles to and from job locations.
  • Utilize hand tools and light machinery safely on-site.
  • Maintain tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA regulations while working.

POSITION TYPE AND WORK SCHEDULE:

  • This is a full-time role.
  • Flexibility in working hours is required, including some weekends and holidays. Home most evenings and weekends.
  • Occasional travel may be necessary.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must possess a Class A or B CDL.
  • Tanker endorsement is mandatory.
  • Compliance with safety standards and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
  • Ability to comprehend and execute both verbal and written instructions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
  • Demonstrated time management and adaptability skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Three years of experience in heavy equipment operation, general labor, or construction is advantageous.
  • Tanker and HAZMAT endorsements are preferred, with potential for higher compensation.
  • Participation in our In-House CDL Program can enhance your career through additional endorsements and certifications.

COMPENSATION:

Hourly wage ranges from $18 to $20.
