Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing treatment plans, and providing training and supervision to our staff. You will work closely with our clinical team to deliver exceptional care to our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and reassessment evidence-based assessments
  • Design and implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
  • Provide training and supervision to staff
  • Maintain and complete data collection and treatment records
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver exceptional care
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Licensed as a Behavior Specialist/Analyst
  • Valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and good driving record
