About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Creative Potential. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to our clients in their homes, community, and in our clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct one-to-one ABA therapy sessions with clients to teach skills such as communication, social skills, self-help skills, and functional play skills.
  • Accurately record treatment data for programs and behavior reduction goals.
  • Engage in and ensure client safety at all times.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct with all clients.
  • Communicate and work collaboratively with our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience executing in-home support for children and teens with complex diagnoses.
  • Reliable transportation with a clean driving record.
  • Up-to-date motor vehicle insurance.
  • CPR & First Aid certification (preferred).
  • Laptop and proficiency in using programs related to work (e.g., Outlook, Office Suite).
  • Smartphone.
  • Exceptional documentation and verbal communication skills.
  • Intense practice of ethics in unconventional settings.
  • A creative, collaborative approach to clinical work.
  • Unsinkable spirit, coachability, and superlative self-control.
  • No criminal record or pending court cases (fingerprints for federal background check required).
  • Ability to collect data in real-time.
  • Comfortable working in family homes, clinic setting, and in the community.
  • Willing to transport clients to community settings.
  • Willing to participate in client social groups.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in child development or experience working with children.
  • Demonstrated engagement with local community resources and social service programs.
  • Bilingual.
