Job Title: Business Development Representative for Turf Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at DG Service Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the turf industry, with a focus on acquiring new business and increasing revenue.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute daily action plans to achieve sales goals and objectives;
  • Cultivate relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and expand market share;
  • Prospect for new business through networking, social media, and cold calling;
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services;
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and accounts using CRM software;
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the turf or landscaping industry;
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software;
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills;
Compensation:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $65,000 plus commission, as well as a car allowance and cell phone allowance.
