We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Community Crisis Center team. As a Community Crisis Center RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and advocating for positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs, coordinate patient flow, and administer care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Develop and direct a continuum of care map to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Identify and intervene to overcome obstacles to efficiency and goal outcomes.
- May assist with involuntary detention, commitment, and divert procedures in accordance with state laws and Community Crisis Center policies.
- Current MT Registered Nurse Licensure, required.
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association, required.
- Psychiatric experience preferred.
- Experience in applying psychotherapeutic interventions with a diverse and complex patient population.
