Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of roofing crews to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work in progress and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Manage and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in roofing, with a strong background in supervisory or management roles.
