Job Title: Roofing Foreman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roofing Foreman to join our team at Bartlett Roofing. As a Roofing Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and repair of roofs, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of roofing crews to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement plans for roofing projects, including estimating costs and materials needed.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Manage and maintain company vehicles and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in roofing, with a focus on supervisory or management roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and achieving project goals.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety and quality.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management or related field preferred.
