Job Title: Roofing Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman to join our team at Bartlett Roofing. As a Roofing Foreman, you will be responsible for leading a team of roofers and ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of roofers to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure that work is being done to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify and address any issues that may arise during projects.
  • Provide training and guidance to roofers to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in roofing, with a focus on supervisory or management roles.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and achieving results.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
