Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative at W. Lee Flowers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests. This includes providing friendly and engaging interactions, offering product demonstrations and samples, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and friendly service to guests, including product demonstrations and samples.
  • Follow merchandising and operational guidelines to ensure a consistent guest experience.
  • Perform product preparation, receiving, stocking, and rotating to meet guest needs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Perform PA announcements and other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Friendly and engaging personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with guests and coworkers, lifting up to 25 pounds consistently and 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to read and understand information and direction, with a demonstrated ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
  • Effective communication, guest service, and selling skills, with the ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
