About the Role

This exciting opportunity is seeking an experienced Product Line Manager to join our Global Men's Streetwear Apparel Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our mens streetwear apparel business, leading cross-functional teams, and developing strategic plans to meet consumer demands.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
* Collaborate with design, merchandising, and sourcing teams to create innovative products that meet consumer needs
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform product decisions
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Product Merchandising, Product Marketing, Retail Merchandising, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
* 6+ years' experience in apparel or footwear product creation role and deep understanding of the product creation process
* Excellent and creative consumer, streetwear, and marketplace understanding
* Experience, knowledge and passion for men's streetwear and the culture of sport
* Leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate, lead, negotiate and impact the triad
* Excellent business management experience, analytical proficiency and understanding of retail math
* Experience with Excel/Keynote/Miro/MMX
* Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%
