Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct all activities of the beverage department, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.
  • Conduct monthly inventory to ensure accurate tracking of alcoholic beverages.
  • Coordinate the movement of beverages and equipment to meet restaurant and catering operations needs.
  • Oversee the financial performance of the beverage outlet, ensuring profitability through excellent customer service.
  • Maintain the highest standards of beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits.
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing Manager to ensure timely and accurate beverage orders.
  • Develop and implement beverage training programs for the F&B team.
  • Stay up-to-date on state and local beverage laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and providing expert knowledge to customers.
  • Provide a safe and reliable environment for customers and employees.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • College degree preferred, with experience in food and beverage or restaurant management.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team setting, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
