About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inbound Sales Professional to join our team at The Reserves Network. As a key member of our remote call center, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building relationships with customers.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of customers, understanding their specific health needs and recommending relevant services. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will schedule screening appointments, collect payments, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by educating customers on the benefits of early health screenings and recommended services
  • Build relationships with customers through consultative sales and exceptional customer service
  • Schedule screening appointments and collect payments over the phone and secure payment plans

Requirements:

  • Previous call center and sales experience is REQUIRED with stable job history
  • Strong phone etiquette and consultative sales skills
  • Competitive mindset to meet and exceed performance/sales goals

Benefits:

  • $29,120 - $33,280 per year (based on 40 hours/week)
