Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and assess a variety of resident-focused activities tailored to individual preferences.
  • Engage residents in the development of personalized activity programs, ensuring their participation and advocating for their needs and rights.
  • Attend and contribute to various meetings, including resident and family councils, as well as departmental discussions.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and reports related to activities.
  • Participate in community fundraising initiatives and foster positive relationships with local organizations through volunteer-led activities.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation or a related field, or completion of the 90-hour course for activity professionals along with ongoing education.
