Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Jamba. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the overall operations of a store, including team member leadership and development, sales performance, customer service, community involvement, and execution of brand excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of store employees, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and facility maintenance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, community leaders, and business partners
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions
Working Conditions

This role requires frequent exposure to high temperatures and extreme cold. There is frequent contact/immersion of hands in water and sanitation solutions; as well as contact with produce items, dairy products, and frequent allergen-related items such as nuts, citrus, peanut butter, etc.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and stand
  • The employee is frequently required to reach, bend, stoop, scoop, pour, carry, push, and lift objects up to 40lbs
  • There is substantial repetitive motion of the wrists, hands, and fingers
  • Must be able to maneuver in walk-in coolers and freezers
Requirements and Essential Skills
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to work at least 24 hours per week; must be able to work a variable of shifts (openings, mid-day shifts, and closing) from week-to-week
  • High School graduate or commensurate industry experience required
  • Computer skills including some Microsoft software and register skills
  • Must have access to reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Restaurant management, food service, outside sales and/or outdoor recreation retail experience is a must
