Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Development: Create engaging content for chatbots, including defining efficient processes for identifying targeted follow-up questions based on keywords.
  • Intent Analysis: Research and analyze the scope of intent within the linguistic and technical dimensions of chatbot capabilities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product, and engineering teams to maximize conversions while ensuring a great user experience.
  • Chat History Analysis: Analyze chat history and optimize intents to improve user engagement.
  • Content Refinement: Drive continual content refinement and improvement through content experiments, user feedback, and analysis of performance metrics.
  • Conversational Flow Creation: Design conversational flows to suit business requirements.
  • Chatbot Training: Train chatbots to understand linguistic variations of diverse user types.
  • Bot Behavior Debugging: Debug bot behavior and fix issues to ensure seamless user experiences.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with SmartAssist, IVR Technologies, Java, JavaScript, and Python.
  • Good experience with Conversational AI Platforms.
  • Exposure to Gen AI and its concepts with conversational AI products.
  • Good experience in understanding business requirements and creating chatbots in XO Platform and Search Assist.
  • Knowledge of NLP techniques and IVR systems.
