This is a one-year grant-funded position with the option of extension, and the successful candidate will play a key role in the development and implementation of our integrated care programming, specifically the Collaborative Care program throughout our OSU Medicine clinics.

Responsibilities:

* Support the development and implementation of our integrated care programming, including the Collaborative Care program
* Provide psychotherapy services to patients referred from various sources, including psychiatry, addiction medicine, pain management, and pediatrics
* Work collaboratively with primary care providers, psychiatry consultation, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate services and ensure comprehensive care
* Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

Requirements:

* Master's degree in Social Work or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oklahoma
* Strong critical thinking skills and sound judgment
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse patient populations and professional staff, faculty, and medical students
* Computer skills

Preferred:

* Previous experience in psychotherapy services and counseling services
