Job Summary

As a key member of our technical services team, you will be responsible for providing lead maintenance support at various locations, performing line maintenance, preventive maintenance, and alterations on aircraft and in-flight entertainment systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement work schedules to meet customer and company needs
  • Lead a team of line technicians in performing daily maintenance activities
  • Perform maintenance, preventive maintenance, and alterations on aircraft and in-flight entertainment systems
  • Troubleshoot and test electronic assemblies and units, and remove and replace them as needed
  • Build customer satisfaction through identification, tracking, and resolution of technical issues
  • Act as a liaison between line operations and company departments to resolve in-fleet problems
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years related industry experience
  • Appropriate academic/technical qualifications and experience to satisfy regulatory licensing for assigned country or geographical region
  • Ability to pass extensive security and background checks
