Cody Regional Health is seeking an experienced End of Life Care Specialist to join our team. This rewarding role requires a Registered Nurse with a passion for providing compassionate care to patients and their families in their end-of-life journey.

As an End of Life Care Specialist at Cody Regional Health, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve. You will be responsible for performing initial nursing assessments, comprehensive assessments, and updated assessments to identify the physical, psychosocial, emotional, and spiritual needs of our patients and their families.

You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans of care that meet the unique needs of each patient. Your expertise will also include transcribing and carrying out physician's orders, administering medications as ordered, and observing for therapeutic and adverse effects.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

In this role, you will also have opportunities to participate in in-service programs, discharge planning, interdisciplinary team meetings, and staff meetings.
