Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Railroad Field Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of our rail projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with project teams to develop and implement construction schedules and plans.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to resolve technical issues and ensure project deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of project progress and performance metrics.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on construction procedures and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in railroad construction or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
