About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-centric individual to fill the position of Customer Assistance Representative Sr. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, both internal and external.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices is essential.

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a $15.00/hour salary, plus benefits such as paid time off, employee discounts, retirement savings plan, extended health benefits, life insurance, training and development opportunities, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with their rental needs, ensuring a positive and seamless experience
  • Handle incoming calls, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage outgoing calls, maintaining effective communication with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping
