Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by listening to customers' needs and offering personalized solutions
  • Sell products and services to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and applications
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support store operations
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and follow-up

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • At least 18 years old; legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
