Customer Service Representative

The Enterprise brand offers an exciting opportunity for a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) to join our team. As a CAR Sr, you will provide high-level customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, supporting their branch and rental needs.
This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) that pays $15.00/hour. We offer a range of benefits, including paid time off, employee discount, retirement savings plan, extended health benefits, life insurance, and training and development opportunities.
You will be responsible for:
- Taking incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and answers
- Providing information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops, and other vendors
- Managing outgoing calls for callback management, A/Rs, and miscellaneous calls as assigned
- Assisting customers with their rental needs in person and over the phone
- Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and timely manner
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Some college preferred
- At least 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience
- A valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on your driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol-related conviction on your driving record in the past 5 years
