Job Title: Associate Director, Electronic Gases Business Process

Linde is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Electronic Gases Business Process team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving process improvements, managing master data, and serving as a primary interface for IT development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive system- and process-based efficiencies, automation, and best practices within the Electronics sales and distribution network.
  • Manage, support, and maintain the master data used by the business.
  • Serve as a primary interface and technical support for IT development projects, including the definition of user requirements, submission of functional specifications, and system solution decisions.
  • Drive and support business performance and growth through development and management of sustainable reporting solutions, analytical tools, and process improvements.
  • Serve as a key interface between customer service, finance, procurement, commercial sales, IT, and the Electronics production plant network.
  • Develop direct employees to increase business process, systems, and data analytical solution acumen.
  • Manage special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Team building and people management experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experienced in SAP implementation.
  • Extensive background in SAP configuration and master data maintenance.
  • Advanced skills in MS-Office applications.
  • SQL, Tableau, Salesforce, and Business Warehouse experience a plus.
  • Ability to clearly articulate strategy and proposals to senior management.
  • Solid working knowledge of key financial information in P&Ls and cost stacks.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and integrative process skills.
  • Excellent coaching, interpersonal, and facilitation skills to manage a diverse team.
  • Change management mindset with demonstrated implementation experience.
