Key Responsibilities- Assist nursing staff in maintaining a safe and healing environment
- Respond to patient needs and supply to efficient unit operations
- Observe patients as delegated by and under the supervision of the Registered Nurse
- Participate in de-escalation of patient situations, including physical intervention as trained
- Actively participate in milieu management with treatment team collaboration
- Perform basic patient daily living routines and procedures according to treatment plan
- Bachelor's Degree
- Basic Life Support Certification
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Services Field, Experience working in the mental health field
