Job Overview

The role involves maintaining cleanliness and order in public areas and providing courteous service to guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure cleanliness of the parking lot and public spaces.
  • Complete daily, weekly, and quarterly cleaning tasks.
  • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces.
  • Vacuum and spot clean carpets and upholstery.
  • Clean and shine glass and metal surfaces.
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness of assigned offices and restrooms.
  • Clean public and service elevators.
  • Perform opening and closing duties as instructed.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Report any maintenance issues or supply needs to the appropriate personnel.
  • Attend departmental meetings to enhance communication and knowledge.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide timely assistance.
Qualifications
Education: No formal education required.
Experience: No prior experience necessary.
Skills:
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
  • Understanding of cleaning standards and methods.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning tools and chemicals.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies (up to 30 lbs).
  • Frequent bending and standing required.
  • Must be able to walk and operate cleaning equipment for extended periods.
