The Position

We're seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Designer with exceptional mobile-design experience to join our Product Design team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to visualize a revolutionary new platform for financial advisors and their clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop a user-centric platform
  • Build detailed product flows, including error states and edge cases
  • Design for both desktop and mobile devices
  • Apply data, research, and customer insights to inform design decisions
  • Align with product and engineering to determine success metrics for initiatives
  • Own the end-to-end design process from ideation to execution
  • Iterate quickly through mockups and clickable prototypes
  • Work within defined timelines to prioritize work for maximum impact
  • Contribute to the development of our existing styles and design system
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in product design
  • Strong mobile app experience
  • Dedication to turning complex problems into simple and engaging experiences
  • High attention to detail in UI design
  • Excellent UX ability, visual design, and product thinking
  • Comfort with an iterative design process using quantitative and qualitative data
  • Strong qualitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience speaking to the goals of your work and successes/failures
  • Fluency in Figma
  • Ability to collaborate with Product and Engineering and take ownership of work

  • Experience in designing SaaS across B2B and B2C use cases
