Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our On-Demand team. As a Product Designer, you'll be responsible for leading end-to-end design projects, collaborating with engineers and stakeholders, and contributing to the overall strategy and decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality implementation and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop features and improvements that ship quickly and with high quality, driving user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to overall product strategy and decision-making, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
  • Create, collaborate, and iterate on design concepts, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for features and products.
Requirements
  • Passion for design and a commitment to delivering best-in-class UX, UI, and interaction solutions.
  • A portfolio showcasing excellent product designs delivered in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to think critically and develop simple solutions to complex user problems.
  • Experience with design systems, programming, and technical tools like Git and VSCode.
  • Excellent visual, UI, and interaction skills, with a strong understanding of design principles and human-centered design.
  • Ability to work independently, exploring concepts from beginning to end, and delivering high-quality results.
