- Comprehensive knowledge of mobile design patterns
- Hunger to challenge yourself, learn new things, and level up your collaborators
- Highly proficient in Figma
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Collaborative and communicative, with a track record of giving and receiving impactful feedback
- Experience building or working with meditation, educational, or puzzle-based experiences
- Experience working in a fully remote work environment with teammates across various time zones
- Experience with motion design and animation using tools like After Effects or Rive
