The Role: We're seeking an exceptional Product Design Lead to join our world-class design team. As a key member, you'll collaborate with product-oriented engineers, content strategists, and other stakeholders to craft exceptional user experiences for our vast user base. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex design projects, delivering innovative and creative solutions

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience working on beautifully designed mobile products
  • Design portfolio showcasing outstanding UX and UI work
  • Deep understanding of user empathy and excellent visual and interaction design skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of mobile design patterns
  • Hunger to challenge yourself, learn new things, and level up your collaborators
  • Highly proficient in Figma
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Collaborative and communicative, with a track record of giving and receiving impactful feedback

  • Experience building or working with meditation, educational, or puzzle-based experiences
  • Experience working in a fully remote work environment with teammates across various time zones
  • Experience with motion design and animation using tools like After Effects or Rive
