Your Role
As a Mechanical Design Coordinator, you will be instrumental in:

• Analyzing data to formulate design alternatives and assist in drafting cost estimates and specifications.
• Executing standard engineering tasks that require the application of established techniques and procedures.
• Completing projects with defined objectives and minimal variability.
• Working autonomously on smaller projects or collaborating with senior engineers on larger initiatives.
• Providing guidance to clerical and technical staff as necessary.
• Undertaking additional responsibilities as required.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• EIT certification or the ability to secure EIT within one year of employment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• A proactive attitude and commitment to actively participating in our employee-owned culture.

Preferred Qualifications
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in commercial or institutional projects is advantageous.
• Familiarity with IESVE Calculation Software is a plus.
• Experience in construction administration is beneficial.
• Project management experience is a valuable asset.
