In the role of Mechanical EIT/Coordinator, you will contribute to our mission by:

  • Developing design options and cost estimates through analysis and specification preparation
  • Applying standard techniques and procedures to complete routine engineering assignments
  • Leading small projects independently or assisting senior engineers on larger projects
  • Providing direction to clerical and technical personnel as needed
  • Performing other duties as required

We seek candidates with:

  • Commercial/institutional experience, preferably with proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Revit
  • EIT certification or ability to obtain within 1 year of employment
  • Experience using IESVE Calculation Software, with construction administration and project management experience as pluses

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, Trane TRACE, and equipment selection software
