Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Clinician to join our team at Compass Connections. As a key member of our clinical department, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our clinicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to clinicians
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and treatment planning
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in direct service delivery
  • Experience in clinical supervision and program development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in psychology or related field
  • Experience in crisis intervention and management
  • Knowledge of community resources and services
