Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and lead the annual budget and forecasting process, prepare and present financial results to senior management, and help connect the dots between performance against operational metrics and overall financial performance.
  • Cost and Inventory Management: Develop a comprehensive product-level gross margin reporting package, support implementation and tracking of cost reduction initiatives and efficiency improvements, and monitor and report on inventory stock levels.
  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with the operations team to develop and implement strategies that enhance profitability and productivity, provide financial guidance on capital investments, product pricing, and supply chain optimization, and participate in cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
  • Technology and Systems: Leverage financial and manufacturing systems to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency, and support the implementation of new technologies and systems that support financial and operational goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing finance role.
  • Proven track record of managing financial operations in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes and cost drivers.
  • Experience with demand planning and supply forecast models.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
