Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

  • Assist in the preparation and evaluation of all U.S. international tax calculations, forms, and income tax provisions.
  • Identify U.S. international tax planning opportunities and recommend process enhancements.
  • Calculate and review Earnings & Profits (E&P), GILTI, Subpart F, FDII, BEAT, and FTC for tax returns and quarterly provisions.
  • Review all necessary U.S. tax compliance forms for foreign entities.
  • Support foreign tax credit calculations and the 861-expense allocation process.
  • Contribute to the U.S. international quarterly tax provision.
  • Analyze Section 986(c), 987, and 988 impacts.
  • Provide analytical support for the tax planning team.
  • Research and interpret current and emerging tax regulations.
  • Assist in tax controversy matters and drive process improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Maintain and update U.S. international compliance structures.
  • Coach and mentor junior tax analysts.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience, ideally from a Big 4 firm combined with industry experience.
  • A strong understanding of ASC 740 at a complex level within a global organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple projects.
  • A self-starter attitude with a robust work ethic and a passion for tackling challenges.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in new areas of taxation.
  • CPA certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Corptax is required.
