KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the month-end financial closing activities
  • Prepare and execute monthly journal entries
  • Conduct account reconciliations for accounts payable, accounts receivable, significant expense accruals, and recurring monthly expenditures
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations
  • Review and verify vendor receivables
  • Generate management reports as required
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance Director on departmental financial planning
  • Provide backup assistance to the finance and accounting team
  • Complete various tasks and projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, high-volume environment with a focus on precision and punctuality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Self-motivated with effective time and project management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Capacity to achieve multiple goals and adhere to deadlines

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

WORK SCHEDULE
This position operates within a standard office schedule.
