Healthcare Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Assistant to join our team at Empress at Laurelhurst. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care skills, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Make observations about residents' conditions and record and follow up on changes in a timely manner.
- Assist with laundry and housekeeping services as needed.
- Provide first aid and CPR as required.

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in healthcare or caregiving preferred
