Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist providers in delivering quality healthcare by performing various back-office tasks, including administering injections, conducting diagnostic tests, phlebotomy, quality surveys, and other procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to established quality control standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Registered or Certified Medical Assistant through the Washington State Department of Health or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment
  • Current CPR and/or BLS certification or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire
  • Access to reliable transportation

Washington Residents Only: The hourly range for this role is $22.00 to $30.00 per hour. Compensation is influenced by various factors, including local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. UnitedHealth Group adheres to all applicable minimum wage laws.
