We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director to lead our Acute Care IRP team in the ICU Nights department at Prisma Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical direction and oversight for all aspects of patient care in our acute inpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical direction and oversight for all aspects of patient care in the ICU Nights department
- Foster a patient-centered care environment that prioritizes safety, quality, and patient satisfaction
- Develop and implement evidence-based practices and protocols to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care delivered in the ICU Nights department
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance patient care and staff satisfaction
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred
- One year of experience as a registered nurse in an acute care setting
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina
