Telehealth Specialist Opportunity

Primary Care Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Telehealth Specialist to join our team. As a Telehealth Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our nation's Veterans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a welcoming and confidential environment for Veterans
  • Assist remote providers in exams and complete studies such as tele-dermatology and teleretinal exams
  • Interview patients, measure vital signs, and record information in patient's electronic medical record
  • Complete all clinical reminders and obtain medical histories from patients
  • Assist on-site providers during examinations and ancillary testing

Requirements:

  • Active NCCA accredited certification as a Medical Assistant
  • Current and active state Nursing License for LPN interests
  • Graduate of an accredited certificate program
  • Knowledge of computer systems, including the MS Office Suite
  • Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association
