Job Skills / Requirements
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will deliver high-quality service via telephone to our banking clientele across various markets in a courteous and professional manner.

Your responsibilities will include researching and resolving customer inquiries, addressing questions related to account management, balance transfers, stop payments, statement requests, online banking, debit cards, and basic loan inquiries.

You will also direct calls to the appropriate department and assist with various tasks in Deposit Operations, including projects, reporting, and monthly assignments. Previous experience in a teller or call center role is advantageous. This position requires adaptability and a willingness to learn.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries thoroughly and courteously, both in person and over the phone.
- Answer incoming calls with a professional demeanor and tone.
- Utilize all necessary computer systems to efficiently retrieve information or input data.

- Provide support to other departments with tasks such as scanning, processing incoming and outgoing mail, and handling other paperwork as needed.

- Maintain a professional work environment, attitude, and appearance.
- Complete all assigned duties within the designated time frame.

Education Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
