Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager in Training to join our team. As a key member of our leadership development program, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing store operations, and developing a high-performing team of stylists. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and achieve store productivity targets through effective sales strategies and team management.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to create an engaging and inspiring store environment.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of stylists to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and cash handling procedures.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of retail management experience or 6 months of experience working for Windsor Fashions.
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, observing, bending, and pushing. The ability to count, communicate, read, and write in English is required. The role also involves accessing all areas of the store, operating equipment, and working varied hours/days to oversee store operations.
