As a Smallwares Manager at Restaurant Depot, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our store within a store, including special orders, daily sales, and maintaining the condition of the department. You will also be responsible for filling merchandise as needed and ensuring that our customers receive excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the inventory and ordering of smallwares and equipment
- Ensure that the department is well-organized and visually appealing
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet sales goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
