About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Market Development Manager to join our team at Ken Quach – State Farm Agency. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and providing training and support to team members.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to achieve company objectives. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of Ken Quach – State Farm Agency.

Responsibilities:
  1. Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
  2. Sales Team Management: Lead and manage the sales team to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  3. Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
  4. Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with marketing, underwriting, and customer service teams to align local efforts with broader company objectives.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales management or insurance is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation:
  • Base Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Bonus Structure: Eligible for annual bonus based on individual performance and company results.
  • Paid Time Off (vacation and personal/sick days).
