We are seeking a dedicated individual to deliver exceptional repair services for machinery, ensuring that customer requirements are met promptly and with care, thereby maximizing the value of our services.

This position entails a rotating work schedule, typically comprising 14 consecutive days of work followed by 7 days off.

During the 14-day assignment, travel and accommodation at the designated work site will be necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently complete assigned tasks to meet established flat rate times and quality standards
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols
  • Accurately fill out necessary documentation and utilize databases for job completion
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, recommend repairs, and perform essential machine adjustments
  • Comply with company policies and fulfill required training

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Skilled in using hand tools, diagnostic software, and rigging equipment
  • Capable of providing management with precise information for quoting purposes
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a CDL within 90 days of employment
  • Able to mentor fellow team members and demonstrate flexibility in work assignments
