Respond promptly to guest inquiries and fulfill requests in a timely manner.
Collaborate effectively with the General Manager, housekeeping, and front desk to ensure all work orders are completed efficiently.
Reliable transportation is a must, and candidates should be flexible with scheduling, primarily during daytime hours.
Compensation ranges from $12 to $14 per hour, based on experience.

Requirements:


• Valid driver's license for work-related errands

• Strong customer service orientation

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Excellent communication skills

• Capability to occasionally lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds

• Demonstrates initiative and proactivity

Key Responsibilities:


• Implement scheduled preventive maintenance programs for property and equipment, ensuring compliance with corporate and local regulations to guarantee the safety and satisfaction of guests and staff

• Maintain a thorough preventive maintenance program for guest rooms and public areas, including accurate record-keeping

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems throughout the hotel

• Oversee hotel pool maintenance, including chemical adjustments, filter cleaning, and daily inspections

• Clear debris from common areas and manage the disposal of trash from all receptacles on a daily basis

• Regularly test and inspect life safety systems to ensure they are fully operational at all times

• Address and resolve guest requests and concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction

• Participate in all required training sessions

• Exhibit flexibility in work schedules and assignments

• Maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure

• May undertake additional tasks or special projects as directed by management
