Position Overview
Our client is in search of a skilled Salesforce Administrator to enhance our dynamic workforce. We seek an individual who is enthusiastic about utilizing Salesforce to enhance operational efficiency and deliver value.

This role is crucial in maintaining and refining our Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid history of managing Salesforce environments, particularly focusing on Financial Services Cloud.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary system administrator for an environment with over 100 users.
  • Manage essential administrative tasks including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine functions.
  • Oversee the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
  • Collaborate with management to establish effective processes supporting administrative, development, and change management activities.
  • Assist in onboarding new users and enhance skill development across the organization.
  • Utilize and leverage the Salesforce toolset to improve business processes.
  • Manage Salesforce integrations with various systems including Marketing Cloud, IPaas, and nCino.
  • Ensure data integrity by merging duplicate Leads, Contacts, and Accounts; performing mass uploads and updates as necessary.
  • Provide user support, diagnose, and swiftly resolve user issues.
  • Stay updated on new Salesforce features and functionalities, offering recommendations for process enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the capability to build custom applications and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other intermediate complexity content.
  • Solid understanding of best practices and functionalities.
  • Proven experience in systems integration.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, IPaas, and nCino.
  • Salesforce Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified.
  • Strong data management skills.
  • Previous experience in a SCRUM or agile environment is preferred.
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on the system and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
